4 Ways to send products for maintenance
Way 1 : Come to Promotive Care Center (Head quarter address 115/159 Soi Phokaeo Yak 19, Nawamin, Bungkum, Bangkok 10240)
Open : Monday – Friday 07.30-18.30 Saturday – Sunday 08.30-17.30. Can get the product back within that day.
Way 2 : Register for maintenance service online and the product to Promotive Care Center by post
Takes around 3 days for maintenance and sending back
Way 3 : Drop at branch of Promotivecare center nearby your house and collect the product back yourself
Takes around 7 days for maintenance and able to collect back on the branch you brought to
Way 4 : Drop at the shop you brought (please check with the shop)
Takes around 1-3 months to return the product
